Eddie Ward

Mr. Ward founded E.J. Ward, Inc. in 1974 as the first automated fuel management company. Since then Mr. Ward has been instrumental in leading Ward to becoming one of the leading fleet fuel management companies in North America. Mr. Ward was a pilot in the US Air Force and had worked for Johnson Controls before starting E.J. Ward, Inc.
Tom Ward
CFO & Director
Mr. Ward has been an officer, director, and stockholder since the inception of E.J. Ward, Inc. in 1974. A graduate of The University of Texas and Army officer in Vietnam, Mr. Ward was President of the American Bank of Commerce in Victoria, Texas and E.J. Ward’s banker until he came on board full time in 1980.
Troy Goldhammer
COO
Troy Goldhammer has been the Chief Operating Office since being promoted in 2008. Mr. Goldhammer has in-depth knowledge of Ward’s products, customers and a deep domain knowledge in the fleet asset management industry. Under his leadership, Ward has significantly scaled its infrastructure and broadened its offerings while maintaining a culture of strong innovation and customer service. His background uniquely prepares him to lead Ward’s efforts toward technological solutions that focus on fleet customers. Prior to joining Ward, Mr. Goldhammer was with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategic management and technology consulting firm.Mr. Goldhammer received his MBA from the University of Texas in Austin, with an emphasis in Corporate Finance and Strategy, and his BS degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy
Markay Ward
Vice President
Since 1989, Ms. Ward has provided Ward with critical leadership in several strategic Ward business areas including contracts, software development, customer service and training. Ms. Ward has been instrumental in developing numerous internal initiatives which have directly contributed to Ward’s growth. Ms. Ward is currently responsible for leading the customer service and supply chain management groups. Ms. Ward’s educational background includes a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin.
Dan Ogle
Director of Operations
Mr. Ogle's extensive manufacturing background includes positions with Dynacast Manufacturing, Maremont Corporation, Symons Division of Dayton Superior Corporation, and Carmun International. Mr. Ogle was responsible for implementing quality programs, JIT production, and 100% on-time delivery performance. Mr. Ogle has comprehensive experience in leading technical and manufacturing efforts.
Mr. Ogle’s educational background includes a B.S. Engineering & Operations Research from Virginia Polytechnic Institute (Virginia Tech) and numerous quality management certifications including the W. Edward Deming Association Total Quality Management Certification.
Paul Witt
Director of Engineering
Mr. Witt is a veteran of the automotive industry having served some of the top tier one suppliers such as TRW, Siemens and Omron. Mr. Witt has received several US and foreign patents in new designs and authored several papers for engineering organizations. Mr. Witt’s educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering from Lawrence Technological University and master’s studies in business from Oakland University plus numerous certifications in design quality.
Robert Kettyle
Director of Sales
Mr. Kettyle brings extensive sales management leadership to the Ward Sales Team. Prior to joining E.J. Ward, his most recent position was with Parson Consulting where he was the Senior Director, Hydrocarbon and Energy Markets based in Houston, Texas. Mr. Kettyle was Senior Vice President Sales and Global Business Development for Controlotron Inc. a privately held Instrumentation and Measurement Company based in Hauppauge New York. During his tenure with Controlotron, Mr. Kettyle had primary responsibility for the company’s growth strategy.
Mike Wade
Director of Marketing
Mr. Wade has been instrumental in spearheading Ward’s marketing and business development activities. Mr. Wade has extensive tenure in marketing, sales, and new business development including global in-country Europe and Mexico marketing management experience. Prior to joining Ward, Mr. Wade was the Director of Sales/Business Development for Frost & Sullivan. Mr. Wade has held positions with Hughes Aircraft Company, Rockwell International, A.O. Smith, and Magnavox. Wade’s education includes a Bachelor in Economics/Marketing and a Master of Business Administration.
Eric Scrivner
Director of Supply Chain
Mr. Scrivner brings a wealth of experience in component manufacturing, supply-chain management and logistics to Ward’s integrated supply chain solutions program. Mr. Scrivner’s primary responsibilities at Ward combine all of Ward’s procurement, logistics, and supply chain management activities. Mr. Scrivner held supply chain management positions at Harris Stratex Networks and Columbia Industries before joining Ward. Mr. Scrivner holds a BA from Wichita State University.
Craig Hampton
National Distribution Manager
Mr. Hampton joined Ward in 2007 as the Customer Service Manager. In his current capacity, Mr. Hampton is responsible for recruiting distributors that can service and sell Ward equipment local to their regions. The goal is to provide more responsive onsite customer support when needed by factory trained and certified companies as well as help the distributors sell our system. Mr. Hampton holds a BS from Western Oregon University.
Monica Brown
Accounting/Office Manager
Ms. Brown has held the position of Accounting/Office Manager with Ward since 1999. Prior to Ward, Ms. Brown worked as Controller of a district branch of a large International corporation located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Armed with only some Junior College hours in accounting & office management and 20 years extensive experience in her field, Ms. Brown soon gained company-wide recognition as being the only non-degreed Controller in her district, in addition to being chosen as the only Controller in that district chosen to manage multiple branch locations.
