I Dare to Exceed Expectations Daily (InDEED) is our continuous recognition program where Ward employees recognize their peers who go above and beyond their normal job and achieve great results. Every week employees fill out a survey to vote for who outstanding performance in six categories. Each quarter the winners are announced and celebrated. InDEED was established in Q1 2018 and has been a great success and the end of every quarter is highly anticipated.
